This Privacy Policy describes ComplyFit LLC (the “Company”) collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of Personal Information (the “Personal Information”). It applies to the Company’s website (the “Site”), the Company’s mobile application, and related services of the Company (collectively “Service(s)”). - Information about your device, interaction with the Service(s), and communications with Company which may include a unique device identifier, device type, identification (ID) for advertising;
Use of Personal Information
Company uses the collected information for the following general purposes: providing the Service(s), billing, identification and authentication, user location and geofencing, customer service and services improvement, contact, research, and detection and mitigation of fraud and illegal activities.
Your personal information is not shared with or sold to other entities for commercial purposes, except as required to facilitate your transactions as part of the Service(s), when we have your permission, and under the following circumstances:
- When it is necessary to share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to property or physical safety, violations of the Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
- If Company is acquired by or merges with another company. In this event, Company will notify you before information about you is transferred if it will be subject to a different privacy policy.

The Company uses third party vendors, financial partners, and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to operate our Service(s). Our Service(s) are not intended for children under the age of (18). We do not knowingly allow users in this age group to create accounts on our Site, or collect their Personal Information.

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms at Company’s Site or application. The amended terms will take effect thirty days after they are posted. We will provide a notice of changes in the mobile application and/or by email to the address associated with your account.
